Conflict between eBay sellers and buyers - 26th Oct 2008
Some small businesses and individual sellers say that it is getting harder to sell on eBay these days. The online auction site made some changes to its feedback policy earlier this year. These changes took away the option for sellers to leave feedback on buyers, but still allowed buyers to leave feedback on sellers. Some sellers claim that there are buyers on eBay who make malicious complaints and leave unwarranted feedback and that the new policy does not allow them to counteract that.
