Our initial advice is free of charge. We do not usually charge a broker fee until we make a mortgage application on your behalf.

This fee is only payable if you decide to go ahead. The advice and our visits are free and you are under no obligation to use our services. We will advise you in advance, in writing, of any fees payable. This fee is estimated to be £250.00.

For mortgages and loans, we also get paid commission by the lender which does not affect the interest rate, repayments or size of your borrowing. The amount of commission does not influence which product we recommend to you and you will be advised in writing the amount of commission being paid to us.

We do not charge any fees for insurance applications.
